This equipment uses three-phase 380V/50Hz power supply with a rated power of 9kW. It features a single-temperature three-control structure with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. It is equipped with a Φ2-420mm K-type thermocouple sensor, with a maximum temperature of 1150°C and a recommended heating rate of 10°C/min. The temperature zone size is Φ150×905mm, and the furnace tube is made of 310S stainless steel with specifications of Φ60×1500mm. The equipment has a lifting angle range of 0-21 degrees, a stroke of 300mm, and a lifting speed of 5mm/s. The screw feeder reduction ratio is 10:1, and the furnace tube rotation reduction ratio is 25:1. Both the inlet and outlet tank volumes and the effective furnace tube volume are 3L. The gas circuit is equipped with a float flowmeter with a range of 0.1-1L/min, a Φ6.35 dual-ferrule connector for the gas inlet, and a Φ8 barb connector for the gas outlet. An overpressure safety valve is provided for automatic pressure relief protection.

The BMS for communication base station backup power is equipped with a 4G module, features short-circuit protection, and includes a balancing function to extend battery life, while also supporting remote monitoring.

The material of model TN-DC-1 is a black powder with uniform color, no agglomeration, and quasi-spherical particles. The single-point adsorption total pore volume is 1.0±0.05 cm³/g, the BET multi-point specific surface area reaches 2400±100 m²/g, the micropore proportion tested by the NLDFT model is not less than 90%, the average pore diameter is 1.7±0.1 nm, and the particle size D50 is 8.5±1.5 μm.
