1. Acceptance of Terms
- Welcome to Nacells Sodium-Ion Battery Portal (the "Platform"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Platform regarding registration, login, and use of services.
- By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue registration or usage immediately.
- The Platform reserves the right to revise these Terms as needed. Revised versions will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Registration & Management
- Eligibility: You must be a legally registered sodium-ion battery industry enterprise, research institution, or industry professional. Individual users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- Registration Information: You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information (including but not limited to email and company name), and update it promptly upon any changes.
- Account Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify the platform administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Account Restrictions: Each email may register only one account. The same enterprise may register multiple accounts to manage different products or news content.
- Account Termination: You may request account deletion by contacting the administrator at lgj101@163.com. After deletion, your company and product information will no longer be displayed.
3. Content Publishing Standards
- Publishing Eligibility: Products and news may only be published after company registration has been approved.
- Content Accuracy: All published product specifications, company information, and news must be true and accurate. Misleading or false information is prohibited.
- Content Legality: You may not publish content that violates the laws of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to illegal, pornographic, violent, or terrorist-related content.
- Intellectual Property: Published content (including product images, specifications, and articles) must not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or legal rights.
- Quality Standards: Product specifications should be complete and standardized. News articles must have clear sources and dates. The Platform reserves the right to reject low-quality or duplicate content.
4. Platform Review & Management
- Review Process: Company registrations, product submissions, and news publications are all subject to Platform review before public display.
- Review Timeline: Reviews are typically completed within 1-2 business days. Complex cases may take longer and will be communicated via email.
- Content Removal: The Platform has the right to remove or delete content that violates these Terms and will notify the publisher accordingly.
- Account Penalties: For severe or repeated violations, the Platform may restrict publishing, suspend display, or permanently ban accounts.
- Appeals: To appeal review decisions or account penalties, please contact lgj101@163.com. The Platform will respond within 5 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
- Platform Content: The Platform's brand identity (Logo), name "Nacells", interface design, icons, and code are owned by the Platform operator.
- User Content: You retain intellectual property rights to content you publish. You grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and promote your content on the Platform.
- Data Rights: The Platform owns anonymized aggregate data (such as category distribution trends, price heat maps) for industry reports and analysis.
- Infringement: If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property, please contact lgj101@163.com for prompt investigation.
6. Disclaimers
- Platform Role: The Platform is a neutral information display platform. Published content does not represent the Platform's views or positions.
- Information Accuracy: The Platform makes reasonable efforts to review content accuracy but does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Buyers and sellers should verify key information independently.
- Transactions: The Platform does not参与 in any commercial transactions or contractual relationships between users. Transaction disputes shall be resolved by the parties involved.
- Service Interruptions: The Platform strives for stable operation but is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including natural disasters, cyber attacks, government actions, etc.).
- Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and assumes no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
7. Privacy Protection
- The Platform values user privacy. See the Privacy Policy for detailed measures.
- Contact information (phone, email) is only displayed when you actively choose to make it public. The Platform does not sell personal data to third parties.
- The Platform employs encrypted transmission (TLS) and password hash storage to protect your data.
8. Termination
- You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion through the administrator.
- If you violate any provision of these Terms, the Platform may immediately terminate your access and reserve the right to pursue legal action.
- After termination, your published content may remain visible on the Platform unless you actively request its removal.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
- The formation, execution, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the Platform operator's jurisdiction.
