The production line cycle time can reach 12-15 PPM. Based on 300 working days per year, the annual production capacity ranges from 500 MWh to 1 GWh, with a product yield rate of no less than 99%. The equipment overall efficiency (OEE) is calculated by multiplying the availability rate, performance rate, and first-pass yield rate.
This equipment set includes multiple key subsystems. The airtightness testing section can perform dual tests on both the enclosure and the PACK. The adhesive bonding system adopts an AB dual-component automatic glue supply solution. Quality control relies on barcode traceability combined with full EOL inspection to ensure comprehensive product quality. The entire production line is divided into three major sections: cell processing and stacking, module welding, and PACK assembly. The cell processing and stacking section occupies a footprint of 25m × 9m × 4m, staffed by 4 operators, and sequentially completes processes such as cell barcode scanning and OCV testing, tape application, robotic stacking, and module compression. The module welding section measures 50m × 9m × 4m, staffed by 3 personnel, and primarily performs the merging of dual-row modules. The PACK assembly section is staffed by 12 to 14 workers, who sequentially carry out liquid cooling plate cleaning, adhesive application, airtightness testing, BMS installation, and full EOL testing.
