The material of model TN-DC-1 is a black powder with uniform color, no agglomeration, and quasi-spherical particles. The single-point adsorption total pore volume is 1.0±0.05 cm³/g, the BET multi-point specific surface area reaches 2400±100 m²/g, the micropore proportion tested by the NLDFT model is not less than 90%, the average pore diameter is 1.7±0.1 nm, and the particle size D50 is 8.5±1.5 μm.
TN-DC-1 is a porous carbon material with a spherical-like morphology, featuring high particle compressive strength and a high proportion of micropores. As a carrier for nano-silicon deposition, it effectively suppresses the volume expansion of silicon, enabling batteries with higher energy density and superior cycling stability.
