Planned, under-construction, commissioned, and effective capacity.
Section 01
Project status should be recorded as plan, construction, pilot, commissioning, operation, or delivery. One status verb in an announcement proves only its stated coverage; even after commissioning, distinguish sustained operation, product type, and whether verifiable delivery records exist.
—Plan is not construction
—Construction is not commissioning
—Commissioning is not sustained supply
Section 02
A capacity definition should state whether the object is material, electrode, cell, pack, or system, together with product coverage, time period, equipment state, and usable conditions. One actor can cover multiple lines or revisions, so similar names cannot be merged into one total.
—Object defines the reporting level
—Conditions constrain usable capability
—Revisions avoids cross-generation arithmetic
Section 03
A progress timeline should retain original link, publication date, retrieval date, reporting actor, and original status verb in time order. When later information appears, add a dated record and describe the change rather than rewrite an old item into a new current conclusion.
—Publication date constrains interpretation
—Retrieval date supports evaluation
—Status changes retain history
