Asking only for sodium-battery parameters can omit system interface, service, transport, and acceptance conditions.

Sample test, type report, certification material, quality-system record, contract, delivery, and operating record prove different coverage. Procurement evaluation should retain issuer, revisions, date, applicable product, and gap, not assume every claim holds because one document is complete.

After confirming specification, check lot consistency, change notice, packaging logistics, service, spares, and delivery status. A supplier name or one quotation does not equal sustained supply capability; conclusions should be constrained by current contract, quality records, and verifiable delivery records.
