According to a BJX Energy Storage repost on August 12, 2026 of the company's disclosure, Zijin Longking (formerly Longking / 600388.SH) disclosed that, while continuing to advance its energy-storage cell business, it has actively laid out sodium-ion battery R&D and completed sample development of a 170 Ah sodium-ion cell, with all performance metrics meeting national standards. The company has also signed a purchase contract with a customer and plans to complete the relevant order deliveries in 2026. This is one of the few cases among A-share environmental-sector listed companies to explicitly disclose 'sodium-ion sample completed + purchase contract signed + explicit 2026 delivery node.'
From the perspective of the company's energy-storage business base, Zijin Longking's cell business has deepened cooperation with EVE Energy, with transformation and upgrading effects materializing through quality improvement, output increase, and cost reduction: the new third production line in the originally planned reserved area was successfully commissioned in February 2026, lifting total cell capacity to 13 GWh/year, with products sold out at full capacity and the segment turning profitable. In 2025, cumulative energy-storage cell deliveries reached approximately 8 GWh (over 95% for export), with order backlog extending to the end of 2026.
The energy-storage PACK battery and system integration business strengthened overseas market expansion, achieving breakthroughs in overseas energy-storage system integration and project orders. From 2025 onward the company has successively launched R&D projects for sodium-ion batteries and 587 Ah large-capacity energy-storage cells, and completed R&D acceptance for multiple projects including electrolytic water hydrogen-production equipment and materials, and BEX electrostatic precipitators (including wall-climbing inspection robots).
