China Tower issued a tender for its 2026 sodium-ion battery thermal safety research project. The tax-inclusive ceiling is RMB 2.8 million, divided into three lots.
The lots cover cell thermal-failure mechanisms, module safety management and prototype production, and testing services. The notice concerns research services; it does not announce a bulk battery purchase or a final safety standard.
