Description
The equipment uses the SGM.HE series composite ceramic heating element, with a dual-chamber furnace structure. The inner chamber is made of hollow ball alumina material, and the insulation layer adopts gradient ceramic fiber material. The temperature measurement component is equipped with the SGM.TR series zirconium diboride composite ceramic thermocouple. The temperature control system employs thyristor control and transformer voltage regulation, supports 50-segment program writing, and features PID parameter auto-tuning, manual/automatic bumpless switching, over-temperature alarm, temperature compensation, and correction functions. The temperature control instrument is also equipped with a password lock for parameter setting permission management.
