Iron-based mixed phosphate NFPP, with its low cost, non-toxicity, and high structural stability, is considered a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries. However, its electrochemical performance is limited by poor electronic conductivity. The sodium iron pyrophosphate phosphate product produced by our company employs a combination of in-situ carbon coating and conductive agent doping to construct a three-dimensional conductive network, improving its microstructure and synergistically enhancing both external and internal electron transport in NFPP. This further boosts electrochemical performance. The prepared conductive agent-doped NFPP material exhibits a high discharge capacity of >110 mAh/g (0.1C) and an ultra-long cycle life (capacity retention >80% after 6000 cycles).
