The TN-4 model material is a black powder with uniform color, no agglomeration, and an irregular blocky particle morphology. Its particle size D50 is 6.5±1.5μm, powder tap density is 1.0±0.05g/cm³, specific surface area is no greater than 8m²/g, and ash content is controlled within 0.5%. In terms of electrochemical performance, the specific capacity reaches 300±10mAh/g, and the initial coulombic efficiency is no less than 85%.
Description
The TN-4 product is a hard carbon anode material for sodium-ion batteries, made from optimized biomass precursors and prepared using a unique process. It features high specific capacity, high initial Coulombic efficiency, and excellent rate performance, making it suitable for applications such as energy storage, start-stop power supplies, and UPS. It supports long cycle life and charge-discharge cycling at -20°C.
