The material is a black powder with uniform color, no agglomeration, and an irregular blocky particle morphology. The single-point adsorption total pore volume is 0.9±0.05 cm³/g, the BET multi-point specific surface area is 1950±100 m²/g, the micropore proportion measured by the NLDFT model is no less than 90%, the average pore diameter is 1.8±0.1 nm, and the particle size D50 is 7.5±1.5 μm.
TN-JC-1 is a high-performance non-spherical porous carbon prepared from fossil fuel precursors through a deep activation and pore-forming process. It features high electrical conductivity and an adjustable pore structure. As a carrier for nano-silicon deposition, it can constrain and buffer the volume expansion of silicon, significantly enhancing the cycle stability and safe service life of the battery.
