钠电池的运输安全要求有哪些?

What are the transportation safety requirements for sodium-ion batteries?

钠电池海运、陆运、空运均执行 UN38.3 九类危险品规范,分裸电芯、模组、成品 PACK 三类分级管控,全流程覆盖包装、堆叠、防护、标识、文件五大硬性要求。包装要求:单颗电芯独立绝缘防静电泡棉包裹,模组采用阻燃塑料内盒,外箱为加厚瓦楞阻燃纸箱,箱体预留透气泄压孔,防止运输产气鼓包;电芯正负极隔离,杜绝金属毛刺接触短路。堆叠标准:货车、集装箱堆叠高度不超过 1.2 米,层间加装阻燃隔板,禁止重压挤压电芯,箱体之间预留通风散热间隙,避免密闭积热引发热失控。物理防护:箱体四角加装防撞护角,整车固定捆绑,杜绝运输颠簸撞击刺穿隔膜;高盐雾海运配套防潮密封内膜,防止凝露绝缘下降。标识规范:外包装清晰印刷 9 类危险品标识、UN 编号、“仅限向上”“防潮”“防火” 警示,标注钠电池品类、电压容量。运输文件:货物附带完整 UN38.3 八项检测报告、MSDS 化学品安全说明书、运输条件鉴定书,空运额外提供航空安全审批单据。运输途中管控:车厢温度控制 0~45℃,远离热源、明火,禁止与强酸、金属粉末混装;承运车辆配备 D 类干粉灭火器、干沙应急物资;装卸轻拿轻放,严禁抛掷、踩踏、重物碾压;破损漏液电池单独隔离危废专车转运,禁止同普通电池混运,全程 GPS 定位实时监控温湿度与车辆轨迹。


Sodium-ion batteries comply with Class 9 dangerous goods standards UN38.3 for sea, land and air transportation, with classified control over bare cells, modules and finished PACKs. The whole process enforces five mandatory requirements including packaging, stacking, protection, marking and documents. Packaging requirements: Single cells are individually wrapped with anti-static foam for insulation. Modules adopt flame-retardant inner plastic boxes, while outer cartons are thickened flame-retardant corrugated boxes with reserved breathable pressure relief holes to prevent swelling from gas generation during transportation. Cell positive and negative electrodes are isolated to avoid short circuits caused by metal burrs. Stacking standards: The stacking height in trucks and containers shall not exceed 1.2 meters, with flame-retardant partitions between layers. Heavy extrusion of cells is prohibited, and ventilation gaps are reserved between boxes to avoid heat accumulation and thermal runaway. Physical protection: Anti-collision corner guards are installed on box corners, and the whole cargo is firmly bound to prevent separator piercing from bumps and impacts during transportation. Moisture-proof sealing inner films are equipped for salt fog sea transportation to avoid insulation degradation caused by condensation. Marking specifications: Outer packages are clearly printed with Class 9 dangerous goods labels, UN numbers, "This Side Up", moisture-proof and fire warning marks, as well as battery type, voltage and capacity. Transportation documents: Goods are accompanied by complete UN38.3 eight-item test reports, MSDS chemical safety data sheets and transportation appraisal certificates. Air transportation requires additional aviation safety approval documents. Transit control: The carriage temperature is maintained between 0 and 45℃, far away from heat sources and open flames. Mixing with strong acids and metal powders is prohibited. Transport vehicles are equipped with Class D dry powder extinguishers and dry sand emergency supplies. Handling requires gentle operation without throwing, stepping or heavy rolling. Damaged leaking batteries are separately isolated and transported by special hazardous waste vehicles instead of mixing with intact batteries. Full-process GPS positioning monitors temperature, humidity and vehicle tracks in real time.
