Per-use cost: Reusable sodium delivers ultra-low single-cycle cost; disposable zinc-manganese accumulates high long-term expense. 7. Safety: Sodium stays safe under standard operation; inferior zinc-manganese generates heat and leakage after short circuits. 8. Recycling: Complete closed-loop regeneration for sodium; zinc-manganese holds low recovery value and mostly landfilled. 9. Market positioning: Sodium for large storage and transport power; zinc-manganese for miniature disposable low-power devices.
