有轨电车分为地面现代有轨、老式景区有轨两类,配套钠电池覆盖车载储能、站台光伏储能、车库应急备电三大核心场景,车辆长期启停、露天昼夜温差大、道路持续颠簸、批量运维成本受限,钠电池特性高度匹配。第一车载牵引辅助储能:有轨电车制动回收电能存储,爬坡瞬时大功率输出,频繁浅充浅放工况下 3000 次循环稳定使用 5 年,-20℃冬季露天停放容量衰减微弱,北方城市无需车载保温箱,整车轻量化降低轨道磨损。第二站台离网光伏储能:无电网小型站台太阳能储能,夜间为候车照明、广播供电,低月自放电连续阴雨天不断电,户外高低温、雨水喷淋环境密封稳定,安全无起火隐患。第三车辆检修车库应急电源:车库断电时牵引、检修设备备用供电,常年浮充低自放电,免频繁更换。第四隧道区间应急照明储能:地下有轨隧道停电疏散电源,高安全热稳定材质杜绝隧道火灾。第五场站储能峰谷套利:车辆集中充电时段存储低谷电价电能,平峰放电降低场站电网容量电费,大幅压缩运营用电成本。第六景区有轨观光整车动力:低速短途观光车辆,低成本批量配套,春秋低温续航稳定,颠簸路段抗振动不易故障。第七车辆空调辅助储能:启停缓冲空调瞬时功耗,减少电网冲击。所有场景统一受益于钠电池无锂钴、耐寒、高安全长循环优势,城市有轨电车新建线路、老旧车辆替换项目中,逐步替代铅酸与磷酸铁锂储能系统,有效降低轨道交通全生命周期运营开支。


Sodium-ion batteries cover three core scenarios for trams including vehicle-mounted energy storage, platform PV storage and depot emergency power, suitable for frequent start-stop operation, large outdoor temperature swings, continuous road vibration and limited bulk maintenance costs. First, vehicle traction auxiliary storage: recover braking energy and supply high climbing power; 3,000 stable cycles support 5 years of frequent shallow cycling with minor capacity loss at -20℃ winter outdoor parking, eliminating vehicle thermal boxes and reducing track wear via lightweight design. Second, off-grid PV storage for small unpowered platforms supplies waiting lighting and broadcasting at night, with low monthly self-discharge to sustain power over continuous rainy days and stable sealing under outdoor temperature and rain. Third, depot emergency power for traction and maintenance equipment during blackouts with year-round floating charge and no frequent replacement. Fourth, tunnel evacuation lighting storage with high thermal safety to prevent underground fires. Fifth, station peak-valley arbitrage storage stores off-peak electricity to cut grid capacity charges during concentrated vehicle charging and reduce power operation costs. Sixth, scenic sightseeing tram full power: low-cost mass matching with stable cold endurance and vibration resistance on bumpy roads. Seventh, auxiliary air conditioning storage buffers instantaneous power surge during vehicle startup. All scenarios benefit from sodium-ion batteries’ lithium/cobalt-free, cold-resistant, safe and long-cycle strengths. They gradually replace lead-acid and LFP storage systems in new tram lines and old vehicle renovation to slash full-life-cycle rail transit operating expenditure.
