什么是钠电池的盐雾测试?

What is the salt spray test for sodium-ion batteries?

盐雾测试针对船舶、沿海光伏储能设备专项防腐检测,模拟海边高盐雾潮湿腐蚀环境,验证壳体、汇流排、连接器防锈绝缘性能。标准试验箱内配置 5% 氯化钠盐水,连续喷雾 48~96 小时,箱体恒温 35℃,盐雾沉降量 1~2ml/80cm?/h。含盐水汽会腐蚀铝壳、铜汇流排镀层,造成导电接触电阻飙升,密封胶条受潮绝缘失效,长期出现模组压差紊乱。测试结束清水冲洗烘干,目视壳体、金属连接件无锈斑、无腐蚀麻点,绝缘电阻无大幅下降才算达标。海上风电、沿海户用储能 PACK 防护等级至少 IP67,必须加长盐雾测试时长,盐雾不合格产品沿海使用半年即出现接触不良故障。


Salt Spray Test is a special anti-corrosion inspection for marine and coastal photovoltaic storage equipment, simulating high-salt humid coastal environment to verify rust and insulation resistance of shells, busbars and connectors. The standard chamber fills with 5% sodium chloride brine for continuous spraying 48~96 hours at constant 35℃, with salt sedimentation 1~2ml per 80cm? per hour. Salt-laden vapor corrodes plating layers of aluminum shells and copper busbars, sharply raising contact resistance and causing insulation failure of damp sealing strips, leading to disordered module voltage difference over time. Rinse samples with clean water and dry after testing; the sample passes if no rust or corrosion pits exist on shells and metal connectors without sharp insulation resistance decline. Offshore wind power and coastal household storage PACKs require minimum IP67 protection and extended salt spray duration. Products failing this test suffer poor contact after half a year of coastal operation.
