什么是钠电池的跌落测试?

What is the drop test for sodium-ion batteries?

跌落测试模拟电芯、PACK 搬运装卸失手高空坠落工况,分为单体跌落与整包跌落两类测试。单体电芯标准跌落高度 1.2 米,硬质水泥地面六个面依次自由落体各跌落一次;成品 PACK 根据重量设定 0.8~1.5 米跌落高度,边角、正面、背面分别落地。跌落冲击会造成铝塑膜撕裂、极耳断裂、汇流排焊点脱落、壳体凹陷变形,内部易出现隐性微短路。测试后静置 24 小时复测电压、绝缘电阻,无短路、无漏液、电压衰减小于 0.03V 即为合格。低速代步车、便携储能电源出厂跌落检测为必做项目,跌落测试不合格产品物流装卸后存在安全隐患,禁止流向终端市场。


Drop Test simulates accidental high-altitude fall during cell and PACK handling, divided into single-cell and whole-pack tests. Standard single-cell drop height is 1.2 meters onto rigid cement floor, free-fall once on each of six surfaces. Finished PACKs adopt 0.8~1.5 meters drop height based on weight, landing on corners, front and back sides separately. Drop impact tears aluminum plastic films, fractures tabs, detaches busbar solder joints and causes shell dents, easily generating latent internal micro-shorts. Retest voltage and insulation resistance after 24-hour post-drop standing; the sample passes with no short circuit, no leakage and voltage drop less than 0.03V. Drop testing is mandatory for low-speed mobility scooters and portable energy storage power supplies before delivery. Products failing this test carry safety hazards after logistics handling and are prohibited from end markets.
