钠电池 PACK 的绝缘监测系统有什么作用?

绝缘监测实时检测高压正负极母线、PACK 金属壳体之间绝缘电阻与漏电流,预判水汽、粉尘、线束磨损带来漏电风险。系统持续输出微弱检测信号,绝缘电阻低于安全阈值立刻上传故障告警,严重故障直接切断高压输出。PACK 壳体为导电金属,绝缘破损后外壳带电,存在人员触电危险;长期低绝缘会滋生局部微短路,逐步发热诱发热失控。户外、船舶高湿盐雾场景绝缘极易衰减,系统 24 小时不间断巡检,实时上传绝缘数据至云平台,运维人员远程提前处置隐患,是工商业储能、车载 PACK 强制标配人身安全监测模块。


Insulation monitoring detects insulation resistance and leakage current between high-voltage positive & negative busbars and PACK metal shells in real time to predict electric leakage risks caused by moisture, dust and harness wear. The system continuously outputs weak detection signals, uploads fault alarms immediately when insulation resistance falls below safety thresholds, and directly cuts off high-voltage output under severe faults. PACK shells are conductive metal; damaged insulation leads to live shells with electric shock risks for personnel. Long-term low insulation generates local micro-shorts and gradually generates heat to induce thermal runaway. Insulation easily attenuates under high humidity and salt spray scenarios such as outdoors and ships. The system conducts uninterrupted 24-hour patrol inspection and uploads real-time insulation data to cloud platforms for operation & maintenance personnel to dispose hidden dangers remotely, acting as a mandatory personal safety monitoring module for industrial energy storage and vehicle PACKs.
