钠电池 PACK 的抗振动等级有什么要求?

What are the vibration resistance grade requirements for sodium-ion battery PACK?

PACK 抗振动模拟长途运输、车辆持续颠簸,分为固定式储能、移动动力两大分级体系,频率区间 5~100Hz 差异化管控。机房、工商业固定储能仅需耐受 5~10Hz 低频小幅振动,适配机柜长期静置微震动;低速电动车、叉车中等标准 10~50Hz 全频段循环振动;海上风电、矿山工程机械执行最高 5~100Hz 宽频交变振动。内部配套减震措施:电芯导热泡棉填充间隙、汇流排螺栓加装防松垫圈、线束分段卡扣固定、BMS 底部减震垫。振动测试后核查标准:无焊点脱落、极耳不折断、线束无破皮、电芯容量内阻无明显漂移。长期振动会造成金属连接疲劳开裂、采样线路断路,引发 BMS 压差误报、整组充放电失衡,大功率 PACK 温升加剧加速衰减。船舶、露天储能 PACK 出厂强制振动抽样检测,振动等级不达标不得投放市场。


PACK vibration resistance simulates long-distance transportation and continuous vehicle bumping, divided into two grading systems of fixed energy storage and mobile power with differentiated frequency range control of 5~100Hz. Machine room and industrial fixed energy storage only need to withstand low-frequency small vibration of 5~10Hz adapting to long-term micro-vibration of cabinets. Low-speed electric vehicles and forklifts adopt medium standard full-band cyclic vibration of 10~50Hz. Offshore wind power and mining construction machinery implement the highest wide-band alternating vibration of 5~100Hz. Internal shock absorption supporting measures: fill gaps with cell thermal foam, install anti-loose washers for busbar bolts, fix harnesses in sections with buckles and lay shock absorption mats under BMS. Verification standards after vibration test: no falling welding points, unbroken tabs, intact harness skin and no obvious drift of cell capacity & internal resistance. Long-term vibration causes fatigue cracking of metal connections and open sampling circuits, triggering false BMS voltage difference alarm and unbalanced charge-discharge of the whole pack, with aggravated temperature rise of high-power PACK accelerating attenuation. Marine and open-air energy storage PACKs are mandatory to complete vibration sampling test before factory delivery, and those failing vibration grades are prohibited from market launch.
