Household portable camping batteries and small mobility scooters require 30~50g to resist drops and road impact. Port, mining forklifts and scenic sightseeing vehicles need high-strength impact of 70~100g. Marine and field military energy storage implement the highest standard above 100g. Impact resistance is realized jointly by thickened metal shells, cell buffer foam, reinforced bus brackets and anti-loose harness buckles. Qualification standards after impact test: intact cells without damage or liquid leakage, non-falling welding points, shells without penetrating deformation, complete insulation and normal electrical functions. PACKs with insufficient impact grade are extremely prone to cell displacement and separator piercing internal short-circuit fire after transportation collision. Energy storage power stations and construction machinery must complete sampling impact reliability test before factory delivery, and unqualified products reinforce shell structures again.
