钠电池 PACK 的密封胶条有什么作用?

What are the functions of sealing strips for sodium-ion battery PACK?

密封胶条采用高弹性橡胶材质,安装在 PACK 上下壳体、接线仓对接接缝处,实现全周包裹密封,四大核心作用。第一防水防尘阻隔,阻挡雨水、户外泥沙、农田粉尘进入包体,防止内部线束腐蚀、电芯绝缘电阻下降,保障户外光伏、农机全天候稳定运行。第二缓冲减震填充,填充壳体装配缝隙,抵消运输、行驶振动带来的金属壳体碰撞异响,同时避免壳体硬质摩擦磨损漆面。第三隔热隔音阻断,隔绝内外冷热空气对流,降低热管理系统能耗,削弱 PACK 运行共振产生的噪音。第四防凝露功能,阻断外界温差形成的水汽渗入 PACK 内部,防止壳体内壁凝露造成高压线路漏电、BMS 电路板短路腐蚀。户用储能、露天光伏 PACK 全部加厚密封胶条提升 IP67 防护等级,胶条耐高低温老化,长期使用不会硬化开裂丧失密封能力。


Sealing strips are made of high-elastic rubber, installed at the butt joints of upper & lower PACK shells and wiring bins to realize full-circumferential sealing with four core functions. First, waterproof and dust isolation: block rain, outdoor sediment and farm dust from entering the pack, prevent internal harness corrosion and decline of cell insulation resistance, and guarantee all-weather stable operation of outdoor photovoltaics and agricultural machinery. Second, shock absorption filling: fill assembly gaps of shells, offset collision noise of metal shells caused by transportation and driving vibration, and avoid paint wear from hard shell friction. Third, heat and sound insulation: block convection of internal and external hot & cold air, reduce energy consumption of thermal management systems and weaken resonance noise generated during PACK operation. Fourth, anti-condensation function: block water vapor formed by external temperature difference from penetrating into PACK, prevent high-voltage circuit leakage and short-circuit corrosion of BMS circuit boards caused by condensation on inner shell walls. Household energy storage and open-air photovoltaic PACKs all adopt thickened sealing strips to raise IP67 protection grade, which resist high-low temperature aging and will not harden or crack to lose sealing capacity after long-term use.
