Connectors are high-voltage plug-in docking parts between modules and external PACK terminals, supporting rapid disassembly and maintenance of energy storage and power equipment with four core rigid standards. First, high-current and low-impedance design: conductive terminals are silver-plated with ultra-low contact resistance without obvious temperature rise and voltage drop during large-current transmission. Second, high-voltage touch-proof insulation: no exposed conductive metal contacts during plugging and unplugging, equipped with mechanical locking structures to prevent loose circuit break under vibration. Third, graded waterproof and salt spray resistance: indoor energy storage reaches IP54, while marine and outdoor photovoltaic connectors must meet IP67 standard to resist long-term rain and coastal salt spray corrosion. Fourth, wide temperature and vibration resistance: stable operation from -40℃ to 105℃ without poor contact under continuous vehicle vibration. Additional high-voltage interlock detection contacts are equipped; BMS forbids high-voltage output if connectors are not fully locked and automatically cuts off the loop before maintenance to guarantee personnel safety.
