Sodium-ion battery PACK is an integrated complete energy storage system composed of series-parallel cells, with nine core components operating synergistically to undertake energy storage, conduction, control, heat insulation, heat dissipation and protection functions respectively. 1. Energy storage cells: energy carriers of the system, connected in series and parallel according to voltage and capacity demands, including soft pack, square aluminum shell and cylindrical types. 2. Busbars /copper-aluminum connecting sheets: realize conductive series-parallel connection between cells and collect voltage sampling signals. 3. BMS battery management system: the control core of PACK, responsible for monitoring voltage, current and temperature, integrating full software & hardware protection, balancing and communication functions. 4. Insulating separators and heat insulation foam: separate adjacent cells, block heat conduction and insulate against short circuits. 5. Thermal management components: air cooling ducts, water cooling plates and low-temperature heating films to adjust cell operating temperature ranges. 6. High and low voltage harnesses: transmit high-power electric energy and weak signals for temperature & voltage collection. 7. Safety components: high-voltage fuses, relays and waterproof connectors to cut off fault loops via hardware. 8. Metal/plastic structural shells: carry all internal components and resist impact. 9. Waterproof sealing accessories: sealing strips, potting glue and waterproof joints to isolate moisture and dust.
