钠电池的分选工艺是什么?

What is the sorting process for sodium-ion batteries?

分选在老化工序完成后开展,依托分容、老化、内阻、绝缘全部检测数据,基于容量、内阻、静态电压、自放电、外观五大维度自动分级筛选电芯。设备读取全部检测参数,按照企业内控标准划分 A 级高端良品、B 级次级品、C 级报废品三类档位:A 级用于工商业大容量储能、车载高端低速设备;B 级适配太阳能路灯、小型便携备用电源;C 级存在容量衰减、绝缘缺陷直接拆解报废。分选严格执行同档位配组原则,严禁不同参数电芯混合组装模组,防止短板电芯拖累整包循环寿命。分选同步人工外观全检,剔除鼓包、划痕、极耳变形、封装破损外观不良电芯,双重保障出厂成品品质一致性,降低终端储能设备售后故障率,规模化储能项目电芯分选公差控制极为严苛。


Sorting is carried out after aging. Relying on all test data of grading, aging, internal resistance and insulation, cells are automatically classified and screened from five dimensions: capacity, internal resistance, static voltage, self-discharge and appearance. Equipment reads all test parameters and divides cells into three grades according to internal enterprise standards: Grade A high-quality products for large-capacity industrial energy storage and high-end low-speed vehicle equipment; Grade B secondary products for solar street lamps and small portable backup power supplies; Grade C cells with capacity fading and insulation defects directly disassembled and scrapped. Sorting strictly follows the principle of assembling packs with cells of the same grade, forbidding mixed assembly of cells with different parameters to prevent inferior cells from shortening the whole pack cycle life. Simultaneous full manual visual inspection eliminates cells with swelling, scratches, deformed tabs and damaged packaging, double guaranteeing the consistency of finished products leaving the factory and reducing after-sales failure rates of terminal energy storage equipment. Cell sorting tolerance is controlled extremely strictly for large-scale energy storage projects.
