早期初代钠电池存在单体一致性偏弱的问题,新一代量产钠电池一致性已大幅优化,完全满足商用集成需求。经过多年技术迭代和工艺升级,头部企业量产的钠电池电芯,在电压、容量、内阻、衰减速率等核心参数上的偏差值极低,单体差异极小。多串多并组成电池包后,配合高精度BMS均衡系统,可完美修正微小参数差异,保障电池包整体同步工作,无单体超前衰减、压差过大等问题,完全适配大规模储能电站、批量电动车等规模化集成使用场景,一致性水平已追平主流磷酸铁锂电池。


The early first-generation Sodium-ion Batteries had the problem of weak monomer consistency, but the consistency of the new generation of mass-produced sodium batteries has been greatly optimized, which fully meets the needs of commercial integration. After years of technological iteration and process upgrading, the core parameters such as voltage, capacity, internal resistance and attenuation rate of the sodium battery cells mass-produced by leading enterprises have extremely low deviation values, with very small monomer differences. After being combined into a battery pack in series and parallel, with the high-precision BMS equalization system, the small parameter differences can be perfectly corrected to ensure the synchronous operation of the whole battery pack, without problems such as premature monomer attenuation and excessive pressure difference. It is fully suitable for large-scale integrated use scenarios such as large-scale energy storage power stations and batch electric vehicles, and the consistency level has caught up with the mainstream lithium iron phosphate batteries.
