What are the core functions of the BMS system of Sodium-ion Battery?    

BMS电池管理系统是钠电池包的智能大脑与安全卫士,是电池包不可或缺的核心控制系统,具备多重核心功能。一是实时监测,全天候采集电池单体及整包的电压、电流、温度、内阻、压差等核心数据;二是安全保护,识别过充、过放、过流、短路、超温、低温异常,自动断电防护,杜绝安全风险;三是电量均衡,修正单体电量差异,提升电池包整体一致性和使用寿命;四是智能管控,精准控制充放电功率、倍率,适配不同场景工作需求;五是数据交互,实时上传电池运行数据,实现远程监控、故障预警和智能运维。


The BMS Battery Management System is the intelligent brain and safety guard of the sodium battery pack, and an indispensable core control system of the battery pack, with multiple core functions. First, real-time monitoring: it collects core data such as voltage, current, temperature, internal resistance and pressure difference of the battery cell and the whole pack around the clock; second, safety protection: it identifies abnormalities such as overcharge, over discharge, over current, short circuit, over temperature and low temperature, and automatically cuts off the power for protection to eliminate safety risks; third, power equalization: it corrects the power difference of the cells, improves the overall consistency and service life of the battery pack; fourth, intelligent management: it accurately controls the charge and discharge power and rate to adapt to the working needs of different scenarios; fifth, data interaction: it uploads the battery operation data in real time to realize remote monitoring, fault early warning and intelligent operation and maintenance.
