过流保护实时采集充放电回路电流,规避超大电流发热起火风险,分软件限流、硬件保险丝双重防护。充电 / 放电电流超过额定峰值,BMS 立刻降功率限流;出现短路、电机堵等千安级瞬时大电流,高压保险丝毫秒熔断切断主回路。大电流下汇流排、线束产生巨额焦耳热,绝缘层融化易引燃电解液;过流保护区分正常峰值与故障冲击电流,叉车瞬时加速不触发误保护,短路、接线故障快速响应阻断热失控源头。工商业储能、大功率叉车 PACK 标配,平衡设备动力输出与电气安全,降低线束、汇流排高温老化故障概率。


Overcurrent protection collects loop charge-discharge current in real time to avoid fire risks from heat generated by excessive large current, adopting dual protection of software current limiting and hardware fuses. When charge/discharge current exceeds rated peak value, BMS immediately reduces power and limits current. If instantaneous kiloampere-level large current occurs from short circuit or motor stall, high-voltage fuses blow within milliseconds to cut off the main loop. Huge Joule heat is generated by busbars and harnesses under large current, and melted insulating layers easily ignite electrolyte. Overcurrent protection distinguishes normal peak and fault impact current without false protection during instantaneous acceleration of forklifts, and responds rapidly to short-circuit and wiring faults to block the source of thermal runaway. Standard configuration for industrial energy storage and high-power forklift PACKs, it balances equipment power output and electrical safety and reduces high-temperature aging failure probability of harnesses and busbars.
