PACK 多串电芯长期循环会出现容量、电压离散度拉大,均衡系统实时消除串间压差,延长整包使用寿命。核心工作逻辑:持续采集每一串单体电压,高电压电芯转移或消耗多余电量,缩小压差至 50mV 以内,四大核心价值。一释放完整装机容量,无短板电芯限制整包可用电量,提升光伏储能电站发电收益;二防止单串过充、过放,避免局部电芯快速衰减、胀气报废;三减少模组压差,降低 BMS 频繁触发保护停机概率,保障设备连续工作时长;四均衡充放电同步性,各电芯老化速度统一,整套 PACK 循环寿命提升 20% 以上。所有高压多串储能、动力 PACK 强制搭载均衡系统,长时工商业储能对均衡功率、工作频率要求更高,缩小全生命周期运维更换成本。


The capacity and voltage dispersion of multi-string cells in PACK will widen after long-term cycling. Balancing systems eliminate string voltage difference in real time and extend the whole pack service life. Core working logic: continuously collect the voltage of each single string, transfer or consume excess electricity of high-voltage cells to narrow voltage difference within 50mV, with four core values. First release complete installed capacity without short-board cells limiting available electricity of the whole pack and raise power generation revenue of photovoltaic energy storage power stations. Second prevent single-string overcharge and over-discharge, avoid rapid attenuation, swelling and scrapping of local cells. Third reduce module voltage difference, lower the probability of BMS frequently triggering protection shutdown and guarantee continuous equipment working time. Fourth balance charge-discharge synchronization with unified cell aging speed, raising the cycle life of the whole PACK by more than 20%. All high-voltage multi-string energy storage and power PACKs are mandatory to be equipped with balancing systems. Long-duration industrial & commercial energy storage imposes higher requirements on balancing power and working frequency to cut operation & replacement costs throughout the life cycle.
