What are the requirements for high-voltage harnesses of sodium-ion battery PACK?
高压线束承担 PACK 大功率电能输入输出,承载数百安培瞬时电流,五大强制规范必须严格执行。第一线径匹配峰值放电电流,依据叉车、储能设备最大功率选型,线径不足会出现线束过热、绝缘融化起火隐患;第二耐高温耐电解液腐蚀,外层绝缘皮耐受 120℃以上高温,抵抗电解液挥发腐蚀,适配 PACK 内部高温密闭环境;第三双层高压绝缘结构,接头配套绝缘保护外壳,杜绝维修误触触电风险;第四分级防水标准,户用储能 IP54,户外光伏、船舶线束接头达到 IP67 防水,密封胶圈阻挡雨水、凝露渗入;第五抗弯折抗振动,内部多股绞合铜芯,长期往复弯折不会断裂,线束使用卡扣分段固定,避免与壳体尖锐边缘摩擦破损。所有高压线束统一印刷高压警示标识,与低压采集线分槽布线隔离电磁干扰,装配时预留足够走线余量,振动工况下不拉扯连接器。
High-voltage harnesses undertake high-power electric energy input and output of PACK and carry instantaneous current of hundreds of amperes, with five mandatory specifications to be strictly implemented. First, wire diameter shall match peak discharge current and be selected according to the maximum power of forklifts and energy storage equipment. Insufficient wire diameter will cause hidden dangers such as overheating harness and melted insulation fire. Second, high temperature and electrolyte resistance: outer insulating skins withstand temperature above 120℃ and resist corrosion from electrolyte volatilization, adapting to high-temperature closed environments inside PACK. Third, double-layer high-voltage insulation structure with insulating protective shells for joints to prevent electric shock risks from accidental touch during maintenance. Fourth, graded waterproof standards: household energy storage reaches IP54, while outdoor photovoltaic and ship harness joints meet IP67 waterproof grade, with sealing rubber rings blocking rain and condensation infiltration. Fifth, bending and vibration resistance: multi-strand twisted copper cores inside will not break after long-term repeated bending. Harnesses are fixed in sections with buckles to avoid friction and damage from sharp shell edges. All high-voltage harnesses are printed with unified high-voltage warning marks, routed separately from low-voltage collection wires to isolate electromagnetic interference, and sufficient wiring allowance is reserved during assembly to avoid pulling connectors under vibration conditions.
