钠电池 PACK 的绝缘隔板有什么作用?

What are the functions of insulating separators for sodium-ion battery PACK?

绝缘隔板采用耐高温 PP 或陶瓷复合板材,铺设在电芯与电芯、电芯与金属外壳之间,具备电气绝缘、隔热阻燃双重核心价值。第一电气绝缘隔离:阻断电芯极耳、汇流排与金属 PACK 壳体导通,防止高压外壳触电风险,隔绝相邻电芯正负极发生搭接微短路,大幅降低漏电、起火概率。单串电芯出现热失控时,隔板延缓热量横向传导,避免连锁热蔓延,提升整套 PACK 安全容错时间。第二缓冲减震防护:填充电芯装配间隙,吸收运输、行驶振动带来的挤压摩擦,防止电芯铝塑膜 / 铝壳磨损破损,杜绝壳体刺破隔膜内部短路。大容量工商业储能 PACK 每层电芯之间完整铺设绝缘隔板,搭配导热散热泡复合使用,同时兼顾绝缘、均温、缓冲三重需求。户外潮湿储能场景隔板选用玻纤陶瓷改性材质,耐潮不漏电,长期使用不会受潮绝缘电阻暴跌,是 PACK 被动安全关键辅材。


Insulating separators are made of high-temperature resistant PP or ceramic composite plates, laid between cells as well as cells and metal shells, with dual core values of electrical insulation, heat insulation and flame retardancy. First, electrical isolation: block conduction between cell tabs, busbars and metal PACK shells to prevent electric shock risks of high-voltage shells, isolate lap micro-shorts between positive and negative electrodes of adjacent cells, and greatly reduce leakage and fire probability. When thermal runaway occurs in a single cell, separators delay horizontal heat conduction to avoid chain thermal propagation and extend the safety tolerance time of the whole PACK. Second, shock absorption and protection: fill assembly gaps between cells, absorb extrusion friction caused by transportation and driving vibration, prevent wear and damage of cell aluminum plastic films /aluminum shells, and avoid internal short circuits from shells piercing separators. Large-capacity industrial & commercial energy storage PACKs fully lay insulating separators between each layer of cells, used together with heat-conducting foam to simultaneously meet insulation, temperature equalization and buffering demands. Glass fiber ceramic modified separators are selected for outdoor humid energy storage scenarios, which are moisture-proof without electric leakage and will not suffer sharp drop of insulation resistance after long-term use, acting as key passive auxiliary safety materials for PACK.
