钠电池的成品检验工艺有哪些?

钠电池成品检验是电芯出厂最终全维度质控关卡,整合电性能、安全抽检、外观全检三大模块,所有项目达标方可出具出厂合格证,缺一不可。第一电性能全检:逐颗复测静态电压、交流内阻、绝缘电阻、满电自放电速率,核对分容存储数据,剔除容量衰减、内阻超差、绝缘失效不良电芯;第二安全抽样检测,按照批次比例抽取样品执行针刺、挤压、外部短路、高低温循环测试,验证极端工况不起火、不爆炸,新品批量投产前需全套 UN38.3 检测;第三外观 100% 全检,人工配合视觉设备筛查电芯鼓包、漏液、划痕、极耳变形、封装破损、铝塑膜褶皱缺陷。附加配套检验:条码信息核对、电芯尺寸测量、高压线束导通测试、PACK 壳体密封完整性检查。不合格品分区隔离,区分轻微返工品与彻底报废品,所有检测数据云端归档长期留存,储能电站、车载设备出现故障可反向追溯制造全流程工艺参数,持续迭代优化产线缺陷。


Finished product inspection serves as the final full-dimensional quality control checkpoint before sodium-ion batteries leave the factory, integrating three modules: full electrical performance inspection, safety sampling test and 100% visual appearance inspection. Only products passing all items can obtain factory qualification certificates. First, full electrical inspection: re-test static voltage, AC internal resistance, insulation resistance and full-charge self-discharge rate cell by cell, check grading storage data, and eliminate defective cells with capacity fading, excessive resistance or failed insulation. Second, safety sampling: extract samples according to batch ratio to conduct nail penetration, extrusion, external short circuit and high-low temperature cycle tests, verifying no fire or explosion under extreme conditions. New mass-produced products need full UN38.3 testing. Third, 100% visual inspection: manual workers cooperate with visual equipment to screen cell defects including swelling, liquid leakage, scratches, deformed tabs, damaged packaging and wrinkled aluminum plastic films. Supplementary inspections include barcode verification, cell dimension measurement, high-voltage harness conduction test and PACK shell sealing integrity inspection. Defective products are isolated in zones to distinguish reworkable minor defects and complete scrapping. All test data are stored in cloud servers for long-term archiving. Failures of energy storage power stations and vehicle equipment can trace back full manufacturing process parameters for continuous iterative optimization of production line defects.
