钠电池极片的分切工艺有什么要求?

What are the requirements for the slitting process of electrodes for sodium-ion batteries?

分切将宽幅大卷辊压极片裁切为电芯设计标准尺寸单片,精度直接决定装配安全与电芯一致性,五大硬性要求必须严格执行。第一切口无毛刺,铝箔金属毛刺会刺穿隔膜造成内部短路,刀具定期打磨,产线配套负压吸尘实时收集金属碎屑;第二尺寸公差极小,长宽误差严格管控,保证正负极片完全覆盖,无空白区域浪费电芯容量;第三切口无崩边掉粉,裁切张力稳定,避免涂层边缘脱落产生活性粉尘诱发微短路;第四卷材无拉伸变形,恒定收放卷张力,杜绝极片褶皱、翘曲,保障卷绕、叠片对齐精度;第五工位洁净除尘,全程负压收集粉尘、铝屑,防止杂质混入电芯内部引发长期自放电。分切是裸芯装配前最后精整工序,任何机械缺陷都会造成批量模组安全隐患,分切后极片人工抽检外观、尺寸,不合格品单独隔离返工。


Slitting cuts wide full rolls of calendered electrodes into single sheets of standard cell dimensions. Precision directly determines assembly safety and cell consistency with five rigid mandatory requirements. First, burr-free cutting edges: aluminum metal burrs pierce separators and cause internal short circuits, so cutters are polished regularly with on-line negative-pressure dust extraction for real-time metal scrap collection. Second, minimal dimensional tolerance: length and width errors are strictly controlled to ensure full coverage of cathodes by anodes without blank areas wasting cell capacity. Third, no edge chipping or powder shedding at cuts: stable cutting tension avoids coating edge peeling and active dust that induces micro-short circuits. Fourth, no tensile deformation of strips: constant winding and unwinding tension eliminates electrode wrinkles and warpage to guarantee alignment precision for winding and stacking. Fifth, clean dust removal at stations: full-process negative pressure collects dust and aluminum scraps to prevent impurities mixing into cells and triggering long-term self-discharge. Slitting is the final finishing procedure before bare cell assembly. Any mechanical defect creates safety hazards for batch modules. Visual and dimensional manual sampling inspection is carried out for electrodes after slitting, with unqualified products isolated separately for rework.
