钠电池极片的配料工艺是什么?

What is the batching process of electrodes for sodium-ion batteries?

配料是电芯制造第一道核心工序,决定浆料均匀度,直接影响后续涂布、辊压与电芯一致性,分为正极、负极两条独立产线,根据正负极材料体系选用水系或油系配方。完整工艺流程为原料精准称重、溶剂预混溶解粘结剂、分步投入导电剂与活性粉体、高速均质搅拌打散团聚颗粒、真空负压脱泡消除浆料气泡、粘度与固含量检测合格后输送至涂布工位。硬碳负极、普鲁士蓝正极多采用 CMC SBR 水系浆料,环保无有机废气;层状氧化物、聚阴离子正极适配 PVDF 油系浆料,耐电解液溶胀。核心管控指标包含投料精度、分散均匀度、浆料恒温粘度稳定性,浆料出现沉淀、结块、气泡会造成涂布掉粉、极片厚薄差过大、电芯内阻离散度飙升。配料环节是批量电芯品质第一道关口,浆料分散不到位会导致成品模组压差持续扩大,大幅提升储能设备运维更换成本,全流程自动化称重与搅拌设备保障配比精准稳定。


Batching is the first core procedure of cell manufacturing, determining slurry uniformity and directly affecting subsequent coating, calendering and cell consistency, divided into independent cathode and anode production lines adopting water-based or oil-based formulas according to cathode material systems. The complete process covers precise weighing of raw materials, premixing solvents to dissolve binders, sequential feeding of conductive agents and active powders, high-speed homogenization to break agglomerated particles, vacuum defoaming to eliminate slurry bubbles, and delivery to coating stations after passing viscosity and solid content inspection. Hard carbon anodes and Prussian blue cathodes mostly adopt CMC SBR water-based slurries with eco-friendly zero organic waste gas, while layered oxide and polyanion cathodes match PVDF oil-based slurries resistant to electrolyte swelling. Core control indicators include feeding accuracy, dispersion uniformity and constant slurry viscosity. Slurry precipitation, agglomeration and bubbles cause powder shedding during coating, excessive electrode thickness deviation and sharp rise of cell internal resistance dispersion. Batching acts as the first quality checkpoint for batch cells. Insufficient slurry dispersion leads to continuously widened voltage difference of finished modules and greatly raises operation & replacement costs of energy storage equipment. Full-process automatic weighing and stirring equipment guarantee precise and stable material ratios.
