什么是钠电池的粘结剂?

What are binders for sodium-ion batteries?

粘结剂是极片浆料惰性高分子辅料,不参与储钠电化学反应,均匀混于活性材料、导电剂浆料,涂布烘干固化后将粉体牢牢粘合,完整附着铝箔形成连续涂层。钠电池粘结分水系、油系两大体系:水系 CMC SBR 适配硬碳负极、普鲁士蓝正极,环保低污染;油系 PVDF 粘结强度高、耐电解液溶胀,适配高压层状氧化物、聚阴离子正极。添加量仅 2%-5%,占比小但决定极片整体结构稳定。粘结选型错误、分散不均会造成涂布掉粉、辊压脱层、循环整片剥落,电芯直接失效,是极片制造不可缺少的关键辅材。


Binders are inert polymer auxiliaries in electrode slurries that do not participate in sodium storage reactions. Evenly mixed with active materials and conductive agents, they firmly bond powder particles after coating, drying and curing to form continuous coatings attached to aluminum foil. Sodium-ion battery binders are divided into water-based (CMC SBR, eco-friendly for hard carbon anodes and Prussian blue cathodes) and oil-based PVDF (high bonding strength and electrolyte swelling resistance for high-voltage layered oxide and polyanion cathodes). With a dosage of only 2%–5%, they determine overall electrode structural stability. Wrong binder selection or uneven dispersion causes powder shedding during coating, delamination under calendering and full peeling during cycling, directly disabling cells, making binders indispensable core auxiliaries for electrode production.
