钠电池产业链包含哪些环节?

What links are included in the industrial chain of Sodium-ion Battery?    

钠离子电池已形成完整、成熟的全产业链体系,覆盖从上游原材料到下游应用、回收再生的全生命周期,主要分为七大核心环节:一是上游原材料环节,是产业链的基础,包括钠资源、铝矿、碳材料、化工原料等,为电池生产提供基础原材料;二是中游核心材料环节,是产业链的核心,包括正极材料、负极材料、电解液、隔膜、集流体、粘结剂、导电剂等,是决定电池性能的核心部件;三是电芯制造环节,是产业链的核心生产环节,包括电芯的设计、研发、生产、封装、测试,将核心材料组装成完整的电池电芯,是产业链的核心枢纽;四是电池PACK环节,是产业链的系统集成环节,将电芯通过串并联组合,搭配BMS电池管理系统、散热系统、外壳、线束等,组装成完整的电池包,适配不同的应用场景;五是设备集成环节,是产业链的应用配套环节,包括储能系统、电动车动力系统、UPS电源系统等设备的研发、生产、集成,将电池包与终端设备配套;六是下游应用环节,是产业链的终端市场,包括储能、电动车、工业备用、户外设备、军工等应用场景,是电池的最终使用端;七是回收再生环节,是产业链的绿色循环环节,包括废旧电池的回收、拆解、材料再生、循环利用,实现全产业链的绿色循环发展。目前钠电池全产业链已实现国产化,配套体系完善,各环节均有头部企业布局,具备了大规模产业化的能力。


Sodium-ion Battery has formed a complete and mature whole industrial chain system, covering the whole life cycle from upstream raw materials to downstream applications and recycling and regeneration, which is mainly divided into seven core links. First, the upstream raw material link, which is the foundation of the industrial chain, includes sodium resources, aluminum ore, carbon materials, chemical raw materials, etc., providing basic raw materials for battery production; second, the midstream core material link, which is the core of the industrial chain, includes cathode materials, anode materials, electrolytes, separators, current collectors, binders, conductive agents, etc., which are the core components that determine the battery performance; third, the cell manufacturing link, which is the core production link of the industrial chain, includes the design, research and development, production, packaging, testing of the cell, assembling the core materials into a complete battery cell, which is the core hub of the industrial chain; fourth, the battery PACK link, which is the system integration link of the industrial chain, combining the cells in series and parallel, matching with the BMS battery management system, heat dissipation system, shell, wiring harness, etc., assembling into a complete battery pack to adapt to different application scenarios; fifth, the equipment integration link, which is the application supporting link of the industrial chain, including the research and development, production, integration of energy storage systems, electric vehicle power systems, UPS power supply systems and other equipment, matching the battery pack with the terminal equipment; sixth, the downstream application link, which is the terminal market of the industrial chain, including energy storage, electric vehicles, industrial backup, outdoor equipment, military and other application scenarios, which is the final use end of the battery; seventh, the recycling and regeneration link, which is the green cycle link of the industrial chain, including the recycling, disassembly, material regeneration, recycling of waste batteries, realizing the green cycle development of the whole industrial chain. At present, the whole industrial chain of sodium batteries has been localized, with a complete supporting system, and leading enterprises have laid out in all links, which has the ability of large-scale industrialization.
