废旧钠离子电池完全可以回收再利用,且回收再生技术成熟、资源利用率高,是绿色循环经济的重要组成部分。钠电池的所有核心部件均可实现回收再生:一是正负极材料,可通过湿法、火法等工艺,提取正极材料中的钠、铁、锰等金属元素,负极硬碳材料可再生处理后重新用于电池生产,材料回收率可达90%以上;二是金属基材,正负极铝箔集流体可100%回收再生,重新用于电池生产或其他工业领域;三是电解液,可通过提纯、再生工艺,重新制备符合要求的钠电池电解液,实现循环利用;四是电池外壳、隔膜等辅料,也可实现回收再生。目前钠电池回收再生技术已实现产业化落地,头部企业已建成规模化的钠电池回收再生产线,可实现废旧钠电池的全资源循环利用,大幅降低电池生产成本,减少资源消耗和环境污染,符合双碳战略的发展要求。

All core components of sodium batteries can be recycled and reused: first, cathode and anode materials: metal elements such as sodium, iron and manganese in the cathode material can be extracted through wet and fire processes, and the anode hard carbon material can be regenerated and reused in battery production, with the material recovery rate reaching more than 90%; second, metal substrates: the aluminum foil current collectors of the cathode and anode can be 100% recycled and reused in battery production or other industrial fields; third, electrolyte: it can be purified and regenerated to re-prepare sodium battery electrolyte that meets the requirements, realizing recycling; fourth, auxiliary materials such as battery shells and separators can also be recycled and reused. At present, the sodium battery recycling and regeneration technology has been industrialized, and leading enterprises have built large-scale sodium battery recycling and regeneration production lines, which can realize the full resource recycling of waste sodium batteries, greatly reduce the production cost of batteries, reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution, and meet the development requirements of the dual carbon strategy.
