钠离子电池属于免维护电池，日常使用无需复杂的定期保养，仅需做好基础的日常维护和检查，即可保障电池长期稳定运行，大幅降低使用和运维成本。日常基础维护核心要点：一是保持电池外观清洁干燥，避免灰尘、油污、积水附着，防止电池外壳腐蚀、绝缘层破损；二是定期检查电池接线端子、线束是否牢固，有无松动、氧化、破损，及时紧固和更换，避免接触不良、短路等问题；三是避免电池长期处于高温暴晒、严寒冰冻、潮湿积水的环境中，存放于阴凉干燥、通风良好的环境；四是避免电池过充、过放、超负荷放电，日常使用随用随充，长期不使用时定期补电，保持电池健康状态；五是定期检查电池BMS系统是否正常工作，有无故障预警，及时排查异常问题。对于工业用、储能用钠电池系统，仅需每3-6个月进行一次全面巡检，无需频繁维护，远低于铅酸电池的保养频率和成本。
