钠电池是否存在鼓包风险？

正规厂家生产的高品质钠离子电池，正常合规使用几乎零鼓包风险，鼓包概率远低于铅酸电池和普通锂电池。电池鼓包的核心原因是内部副反应产生气体、电芯压力过大，优质钠电池材料配方稳定、生产工艺精良、密封性好，充放电副反应极少，不会产生大量气体。只有在特殊异常工况下会出现轻微鼓包：一是使用劣质杂牌电芯，材料纯度低、工艺不达标；二是长期过充、高温暴晒、超负荷放电；三是电池进水、短路、外力挤压破损。日常规范使用正品钠电池，完全无需担心鼓包问题。

High-quality sodium batteries have stable material formula, excellent production process and good sealing performance, with very few side reactions during charge and discharge, and will not generate a large amount of gas. Slight swelling may occur only under special abnormal working conditions: first, the use of inferior and miscellaneous brand cells with low material purity and substandard process; second, long-term overcharge, high temperature exposure and overload discharge; third, water ingress, short circuit and external force extrusion damage to the battery. Daily standard use of genuine sodium batteries does not need to worry about swelling at all.
