近日,一汽解放携手国内钠离子电池领军企业中科海钠,顺利完成钠离子电池重卡全工况系统性测试,标志着钠离子电池技术在重型商用车领域的落地应用取得关键性突破,为新能源重卡行业破解低温电池衰减、补能慢等痛点提供了全新解决方案。

本次测试车型为解放J6P新能源纯电牵引车,整车搭载339kWh大容量钠离子电池。测试周期长达近7个月,累计路试里程突破15000公里。测试全程贴合用户真实运营场景,系统开展台架试验、整车可靠性试验、动力性能试验及高温高寒极限环境测试,通过全场景、高强度、高标准的严苛考核,充分验证了搭载钠离子电池整车优异的工况适配能力、稳定的运行品质与可靠的整车安全性。

FAW Jiefang Group Co., Ltd. and HiNa Battery Technology Co., Ltd., a domestic leader in sodium-ion battery (SIB) technology, have successfully finished systematic full-condition testing of a sodium-ion battery-powered heavy-duty truck, marking a landmark breakthrough in the commercial vehicle deployment of sodium-ion cells. The joint solution addresses two core pain points plaguing electric heavy trucks: severe capacity degradation in low temperatures and slow recharging speeds.
Upholding an innovation-driven mindset and open collaborative development philosophy, FAW Jiefang carried out this rigorous joint testing to integrate complete vehicle manufacturing expertise with cutting-edge sodium-ion battery technologies.
The test vehicle is the Jiefang J6P all-electric tractor equipped with a high-capacity 339 kWh sodium-ion battery pack. Over nearly seven months of trials accumulating over 15,000 kilometers of real-world road testing, engineers conducted comprehensive bench tests, vehicle durability evaluations, power performance assessments, and extreme-temperature validation under both high heat and frigid cold. The all-scenario, high-intensity qualification fully verified the model’s robust operating stability, reliable safety performance, and strong adaptability to diverse logistics operations.
